ABOUT THIS PIECE

While working on the black and white series, called We Are One In Nature, I kept receiving messages and comments about how that series of paintings felt inspired by Aztec or Mayan design. Like they were idols of some ancient religion. While that wasn’t my intention, I do see how they could be seen that way. With that in mind, I thought the follow-up painting to that series should be something with a nod to that idea. So, here we go. A mythical creature that serves as protector and visionary for all those who are in its presence.

This professional quality print is conveniently sized at 8x10 or 11x14 and is printed on acid-free, bright-white matte finish paper.

There is approximately a 1” (2.5cm) white border around the edge of the image. Each print is hand-signed on the front, lower right corner. Matte is not required.
