Discussing Portrait Painting At The GRAM
This week, I had the honor and privilege of speaking with all the docents and volunteers at The Grand Rapids Art Museum. As part of their preparation for the 2024-2025 theme, "Faces of GRAM," I was invited to share my story and discuss my portrait work. It was a wonderful experience to meet all the art lovers in our community who help educate visitors and connect them with the art found in the GRAM.
With the theme focusing on faces, it was the perfect opportunity to showcase many of my custom portraits and the stories behind them. It was a pleasure to highlight and honor those who have placed their trust in me to paint their families. Thank you!
Well, that’s the news for this week. It’s time to get back to the studio. If you are interested in getting your own custom portrait you can learn more here or just drop me a message and we can go from there.
As always if you have any comments or just want to say hello, please feel free to drop a me a note. It’s always great to hear from you.
